Group Runs

Come join us for some fun group training!

We all love to run, but sometimes it can get a bit lonely. Break out of those solo blues and come join us for one of our group runs.

Saturdays at 9:00 am - Long runs for endurance junkies as well as turnoffs for those wanting to do a shorter distance.  As the runs extend over one hour, we will have fluids and gels stashed along the route at key points.  
Florham Park: Mondays at 6:45PM and Wednesdays at 6:15PM. All runs are 3.5-5 miles in length and are completed at a casual/conversational pace. Great runs for any runner from beginner to seasoned marathoner! Any questions or for more info email or check our facebook page at
SF Running Club:
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm - meet us at Morristown High School for a group run or track workout.  Check the club forum for updates. 
All runs (except where noted) start at a Sneaker Factory store, so you'll have a place to get water and energy gels, and you're welcome to stash your gear while you're running. All group runs are open to runners of all abilities; however, if you're not confident in your ability to stay with the group, consult with the run leader so that you know your way back to the store.
