Likes:  long Tempo Runs, the excitement of lacing up my racing shoes, lightweight trainers, being fit and injury free, coaching others to new PRs, cheering on my fiance at local races, the Yankees, my mom's homemade Pasta Sauce.
Dislikes: steeplechase, Plantar Fascia pain, seeing others give up, the Red Sox, and pasta sauce from a jar.
Favorite Training Shoe: Saucony Kinvara (Vizi-Pro Color preferred)
Favorite Racing Shoe: Saucony Fastwitch (Fits like a trainer, but runs like a racer)
Favorite Quote: "God has given me the ability.  The Rest is up to me.  Believe, Believe, Believe..." -Billy Mills last journal entry before winning the 10,000 meters at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
